The appellant (defendant) was convicted of receiving a stolen motor vehicle moving in interstate commerce, having knowledge that the motor vehicle was stolen, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2313. The single issue presented upon this appeal is whether the evidence was sufficient to support the conviction. The case was tried before a jury and upon proper instructions of the Court, the jury returned a verdict of guilty. It is contended on behalf of the defendant that the evidence was insufficient to permit the jury to find either that the defendant received the subject vehicle or that he had knowledge of its being a stolen vehicle.
